Bible Study
At St. Luke’s we believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, and the only authority on matters of our faith and our lives as his children.
We are encouraged to read and seek to understand the Bible more both alone at home, as families together and in small groups that meet during to week.
Tools to help you with personal Bible reading
Peter LeRoy runs the bookstall at St Luke’s and always keeps a small stock of recommended titles that link in with the current themes for Sundays and life groups. He also supplies a variety of daily reading notes that you can order. Read Peter’s article Food and Light for the Journey.
Home Groups
Bible study in home groups at St. Luke’s is very informal and unpressured, and usually follows our continuing themes from Sunday morning (the 10.30) services.
